PDF itinerary vs. a trip app: what your clients actually use

You spend hours on an itinerary, export it to PDF and email it. On the trip, your client is on a train platform scrolling page 14 for a booking reference. Here's what changes when the itinerary is a private link instead.

A PDF is a snapshot

The moment a reservation moves, the PDF is out of date. You send a new version, and now your client has two files in their inbox and has to guess which one is current. On the road it doesn't know what day it is or where your client is going next, and it can't warn them about a late train.

A trip link stays current

With Trip at Hand, each trip is one private link that opens on any phone. There's nothing to download and no login, and it can be added to the home screen like an app. When the trip changes, the link updates in place, so there is only ever one version.

What stays the same

You keep your suppliers and your bookings; Trip at Hand doesn't book anything. You still design the trip. The link is how your client carries it.
