For travel advisors
Last-minute itinerary changes without resending the PDF
A restaurant moves your client's booking an hour later. With a PDF, you edit the document, export it again, email it, and hope they open the new one rather than the copy saved on their phone last week.
One link, always the current version
A Trip at Hand trip is one private link. When the itinerary changes, the link updates in place. Your client doesn't download anything new, and there's never an old version to confuse things.
The change reaches them
- An alert at the top of the app. What changed shows above today's plan, so it's the first thing they see.
- A notification on their phone. Once they've added the trip to their home screen and allowed notifications, alerts arrive like a text.
- Today's plan recalculates. What's next and when to leave are worked out from the updated plan.
Trains change too
For Italian trains, the trip tracks the platform number and any delay on the day of travel, and alerts your client when either changes. You don't have to watch the departure board for them.
Questions come back to you
Clients can message you from the trip. Anything that changes a booking or costs money comes to you first.

See it with a real trip
We're running a pilot with a small group of independent advisors and small agencies. Tell us your name, your agency and roughly how many trips you plan a year, and we'll reply personally.
